Enbridge is one of North America’s leading energy infrastructure companies, with over $8 billion invested in 6.5 GW of renewable energy projects currently in operation or under construction. The company’s pipeline network transports about 20% of U.S. natural gas, ~30% of the crude oil produced in the U.S. and Canada and is the largest gas distributor by volume in the country.
Enbridge’s all-of-the-above energy portfolio features some of the country’s largest clean energy initiatives, including the 815 MW Sequoia Solar Project in Texas—backed by long-term power purchase agreements with major corporations in the telecom and automotive sectors—and the 577 MW Fox Squirrel Solar Project in Ohio, which was placed into service this year in partnership with EDF Renewables.
