    My name is Tristan Nickelson, I am national Sales manager for HardHat Workforce Solutions and I have spent the last six years working in the utility-scale solar industry as a labor broker and staffing provider. In that time, I’ve helped pu thousands of men and women to work and managed over 3 million man-hours on large-scale renewable energy projects I’m passionate about shaping the future of our industry—If we want to power the next generation of energy, we need to empower the next generation of workers.
