    Michaela Sutton is a Senior Technical Advisor for Shell Lubricants. She leverages her experience working in industrial environments such as refineries, wind farms, and power plants to drive efficiency in lubricant solutions, with a dedication to minimizing environmental impact and total costs of ownership. She holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.

    Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family—whether it's baseball, exploring new trails, or anything at the beach—and volunteering with youth in her church community.
