    David Dixon, MSME (he/him/his)

    David Dixon has been at Orsted since 2018 and is currently the Senior Director of Onshore Procurement. In this role, he leads the company's procurement for owner supplied equipment for all technologies that support onshore renewable energy projects. David has overseen the procurement and deployment of over 3GW of wind, solar, and storage projects.

    David received his Master’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and a dual B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Material Science from the University of Connecticut in Storrs. He has been involved in the renewable energy space since 2010. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, bicycling, disc golf, and not talking about tariffs.
