    Dr Billimoria is the Head of Research, US West for Aurora Energy Research. Dr Billimoria brings over twenty years of global energy and investment experience across project finance, market design and energy policy including at the Australian Energy Market Operator, CalPERS and S&P Global. His expertise covers power markets and modelling, hedging and risk, resouce adequacy, and market design; and he has written extensively on these topics. He holds a PhD from the Unviersity of Oxford, and a Masters (Energy Systems) at the University of Melbourne.
