    Erin Sweet is a Senior Director of Business Development at Clearway Energy Group, one of the largest clean energy developer-owner-operators in the U.S. Since 2020, she’s led the charge on expanding Clearway’s battery storage pipeline—through greenfield development, M&A, and policy and advocacy work.

    Earlier in her career, Erin helped cities and towns bring renewable energy projects to life, building a consulting practice from the ground up. She’s also a passionate mentor and the creator of Clearway’s Women’s Employee Inclusion Group mentoring program.

    Erin holds a B.S. in Microbiology and an M.A. in Urban and Environmental Planning—but she’ll be the first to tell you she learns best by rolling up her sleeves and getting to work.
