Brad Harbidge is the leader responsible for driving sales through deployment for the Megapack Americas utility and C&I business at Tesla. He focuses on delivering innovative energy storage solutions that support customers' evolving energy strategies and operational goals. His role spans the entire project lifecycle—from initial sales strategy and planning to successful deployment and ongoing support—ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence. With over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, Brad brings a wealth of expertise in project deployment, planning, optimization, safety, quality, and facilities management. At Tesla, he oversees the deployment of large-scale energy projects across the Americas. Before joining Tesla over four years ago, Brad served as a key leader at Clearway Energy Group, where he focused on technology roadmaps, project optimization, and major supplier contracting. Prior to that, he spent more than 11 years at SunPower Corporation as Senior Director of EPC, EHS, and Facilities, where he successfully led complex energy projects from concept to completion. Brad holds the (B) Building and (C) Electrical license in California and the (A) General Engineering License in Nevada, where he serves as the Responsible Managing Employee (RME). His extensive experience and proven track record of success in the energy industry enable him to deliver impactful solutions that support customers' energy goals and accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.
