    Allison Coleman

    One Solar Program Director
    Prysmian

    Allison Coleman is a proven leader with a record of driving exceptional results in energy transition and digital transformation space. She has risen from a product specialist to the Director of North American Commercial Operations for Prysmian, most recently gaining responsibility for the Solar vertical market, where she has supported the launch of the OneSolar program for Prysmian. Allison earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Miami University. She completed the Prysmian Journey to Advanced Leadership Program and the Elevate Executive Leadership Program. Allison's achievements have been recognized through tED Magazine's 30 under 35 Award and as a 100 Wise Women Nominee. She is an active community member, serving on boards and founding a community outreach program. As a dedicated Boilermaker, Allison supports Purdue University and regularly competes in marathons, including the Great Wall Marathon in China.
