    Carter serves as Vice President of Business Development at the Arizona Commerce Authority, Arizona’s leading statewide economic development organization. Carter specializes in Clean Power, Aerospace & Defense, and Advanced Technology Industries. He is a member of the National Defense Industrial Association and the Association of the United States Army.

    Previously he served 22 years in the US Army in roles from special operations to sales and community relations. He has served and benefited numerous communities from coast to coast in the United States and chose to call Arizona home.

    With more than 20 years of sales and community relations Carter brings a wealth of experience that benefits the state of Arizona.
    Carter is a graduate of Grand Canyon University and resides in Goodyear.
