    Steven Barnes is a partner on the cost segregation and energy incentive team with a background in architecture. He has over 16 years of expertise in the engineering approach of cost segregation for both new construction projects and purchased properties. Steve’s experience also includes Section 263A repair versus capitalization review tangible property studies, Section 168 fixed asset disposal studies, Section 45L energy credits, Section 179D energy deductions, and Investment Tax Credits.
